Yesterday was the second time I worked at the same case again. It was a common assault case, the witness was beaten up by a group of males due to some disagreements. The witness and defendants were from East Timor. The case has been adjourned again the second time because the court was unable to find an Indonesian court interpreter for the defendants. The court staff insisted to use the contractor the Big Word, however, The Bif Word is unable to provide a qualified Indonesian interpreter.
